X-Range was conceived by Regina Vater and originally published in 1977 by Galería Artemúltiple, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This reissue of the project aims to put this work, which marks the practices of the period and which also became a document, back into circulation. In a single object, it brings together Vater's experimental practices and the domestic environments of artists such as Hélio Oiticica, John Cage, Lygia Clark and Vito Acconci.
Regina Vater [Rio de Janeiro, 1943] lives and works in Rio de Janeiro. Represented by the Jaqueline Martins gallery. Recent solo exhibitions: Oxalá que dá bom tempo, MAC Niterói [Niterói, RJ, 2017]; Regina Vater Quatro Ecologias, Oi Futuro [Rio de Janeiro, 2012]. Participated in the São Paulo Biennial [1969].
