David Cevallos Díaz (Quito, 1986), visual artist graduated from PUCE in 2011. In 2012, he received a grant from the Mariano Aguilera National Arts Prize (Ecuador), and in 2020 he won the Brazil Prize granted by the Center for Contemporary Art and the Embassy of Brazil in Ecuador. Over 8 years he participated in fairs and exhibitions in Miami, Augsburg, Madrid, Paris, Buenos Aires, Lima, Bogotá and Guayaquil, represented by galleries such as +Arte, No Lugar, NASA(L). He participated in residencies such as Pivô 2022, FAAP 2023. He currently lives and works between Ecuador and Brazil.
